How do I start the process/book your services?
You can either call us or submit a formal inquiry for your custom home here!
When are your available to start a new project?
The time may change depending on our current work load and the size of the new project. We try to keep as many projects moving forward as possible, but quality design takes time. A more precise estimate can be given upon inquiry.
Other than architectural fees, what other fees should I expect to have?
As well as architectural fees, there will also be structural fees, surveying/topography fees, printing fees and in some cases, architectural approval fees.
How long does the design process typically take?
Projects typically take anywhere from 4-6 months to design. More complicated designs and larger homes will generally take longer.
Do you do commercial buildings?
While we have done commercial projects in the past, we currently are focusing on custom residential designs only.
